Non Harness and Harness compatible versions are available, either carpeted or non carpet.
The carpet is Automotive grade BLACK (a bit darker than OEM black) OR a very light gray, and does include the rear tail section so that the whole rear end is the same carpet and color.
They come with detailed instructions and ALL hardware, nothing else needed.
2 supports are included to help weight carrying capacity.
Standard version is 3/16” resin impregnated fiberboard and will support 40 to 50 lbs.
The carpeted R50 / 53 version weighs 4.7 lbs.
This weight does need to be strategically placed and no scientific tests have been done.
Many carpet and material options are available.
There may be an additional cost of materials and necessary labor.
Note: this RSD DOES leave a “Hump” between the rear wheels. This IS useful as it will hold items like a cooler, jack, groceries in place.
This is not a permanent change and you can return to a 4 seater at any time.
The RSD itself is SO easy it drops right in place and is secured with 2 clips.
